Matt finds the most rewarding aspect of roofing to be working with customers. 

Matt Grooms has called Joplin home for 49 years, and he brings over three and a half years of experience to the roofing industry, driven by his connection with Tim Yates.

Outside of work, Matt cherishes time with his family, traveling, and golfing. He has two beloved dogs, a black Labradoodle and a Goldendoodle, and enjoys reading John Grisham books and watching the KC Chiefs play. A dedicated family man, Matt and his wife have fostered and later adopted two children since birth.

Matt enjoys the flexibility of making his own schedule at Ridgeline Roofing & Solar and appreciates the supportive team environment. He values the internal chat system for project collaboration and the weekly meetings that keep everyone updated on the latest roofing trends and advancements.
