John Pliler is a lifelong Joplin, Missouri resident who has dedicated the past 30 years to the roofing industry. As a Project Manager at Ridgeline Roofing and Solar, John combines decades of hands-on roofing experience with a passion for helping property owners protect their homes and businesses. Roofing is more than a career for John. It is a family tradition. His father founded Reliable Roofing, and growing up around job sites inspired him to follow the same path of craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service.

Over the course of three decades, John has worked on hundreds of residential and commercial roofing projects. He is especially proud of carrying forward the values his father taught him while helping homeowners solve roofing problems with quality workmanship that stands the test of time. His experience includes roof inspections, storm damage assessments, leadership, crew coordination, and firefighter training, all of which have strengthened his commitment to safety and doing every job the right way. When he’s away from the job site, John enjoys staying active through weightlifting, swimming, kayaking, and spending time outdoors. His favorite weekends are spent making memories with his grandchildren and enjoying family activities. John’s firefighter training has also provided opportunities to serve his community, and he continues to enjoy helping others whenever he can. Looking ahead, John hopes to pass along his knowledge to the next generation of roofing professionals while continuing to serve homeowners with the same dedication that has defined his career for the past three decades.
