This is comes with a fifty year material warranty. It comes with a manufacturer of your preferred contractor. Manufacture back ten year material, ten year labor for full ten years for any leaks. And, we also Ridgeline also puts, an additional ten year on labor. So, we have really good luck with this.

For most roofing flat roofing products, you might get up to twenty years, but it leaves for it. This product, you don't have to pay for it and you get fifty.
