Over his four-year tenure, Jordan has developed a keen interest in optimizing operational workflows and enhancing customer experiences through innovative procedures and system integrations.

Jordan spends his weekends tending to home and yard with his better half, Halle, and enjoying meals out. The couple shares their home with three beloved pets—two male cats named Aang and Drummer, and a female cat named Athena, and they cherish their time on the Florida beaches whenever possible.
