Jim Barbuto, originally from North Adams, MA, has been a valued member of the Ridgeline Roofing and Solar team for five years.
With 20 years living at Grand Lake, Jim brings a wealth of experience from his background in home building and land development. His journey into the roofing industry was inspired by his 20 year friendship with Tim Yates, a connection that has greatly influenced his career.
Jim loves being outdoors and helping folks, finding these aspects of his job both challenging and rewarding. Although he jokes about having a “Doctorate in Yates University,” his real education lies in hands-on experience and a passion for learning all the proper techniques of roofing. Outside of work, Jim and his better half Julie and two kids, are advocates for pet rescue, sharing their home with seven rescued cats.
When he’s not working or rescuing pets, Jim enjoys spending down time by the pool with his family and friends. He finds joy in following the OU Sooners, New York Yankees and Boston Bruins. Jim’s commitment to Ridgeline is driven by his respect for Tim Yates and the camaraderie within the team.
Jim’s long-term goal is to retire with Ridgeline, with pride in the work they’ve accomplished together.
Next time you are able, ask Jim: “If your seven cats formed a sports team, what sport would they play and who would be the star player?“
