Gage Fair is a proud Joplin native who has spent all 26 years of his life in the community he now serves as a Project Manager at Ridgeline Roofing. With three years of experience in the roofing industry, Gage enjoys the opportunity to meet new people and help property owners protect their homes with reliable roofing solutions. His work allows him to build relationships across the community while guiding homeowners through roofing projects with professionalism and clear communication.
One project that stands out to Gage involved helping a homeowner named Barbara Neblett, where delivering quality results and solving roofing concerns created a memorable experience for both the homeowner and the Ridgeline team. Gage’s background includes OSHA 10 certification, SMAW welding certification, Adjust Pro certification, a degree in Criminal Justice Administration, a Law Enforcement degree, and a Legal Studies certification. These experiences contribute to his disciplined, detail oriented approach when managing roofing projects and working with property owners.
Outside of work, Gage enjoys paintball, video games, movies, and continuing his education. At home he has two unique companions: Riley the cat and Otis the bearded dragon. Weekends are often spent relaxing with friends, and he stays involved in the community through donations that support churches, law enforcement, and civic initiatives. A fun fact about Gage is that he once competed as a Division 3 competitive paintball player.
Gage believes Ridgeline Roofing and Solar stands apart because of its professionalism and commitment to doing things the right way. His long term goal in the roofing industry is to help educate and train future roofers to succeed ethically by serving homeowners honestly and avoiding the shortcuts that can harm the reputation of the profession.
Next time you are able, ask Gage: “If Otis the bearded dragon could play paintball, do you think he would be a sniper or charge straight into battle?”
