Chili season is back and so is Ridgeline Roofing & Solar’s most flavorful event of the year! Join us for the 3rd Annual Ridgeline Chili Cook-Off on Friday, October 24, 2025, at our Joplin office. This fun-filled day will feature delicious homemade chili, exciting prizes, and special guests from 96.9 KKOW—all to benefit the Joplin and Carthage Humane Societies. With entry donations accepted in cash or pet supplies, your participation goes directly toward helping animals in need across our community.

Whether you’re cooking, judging, or just tasting your way through the competition, there’s a place for everyone at this event. Contestants will compete for trophies and up to $500 in prizes, while tasters will vote for their favorite chili using our fun “heat index” system. Entry is just $10 to taste or $20 to compete and every bite makes a difference.
