Do you offer free inspections?

Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes, we absolutely do! Ridgeline can assist you every step of the way from filing the claim, to meeting with the adjuster during the inspection to ensure all the damage is addressed, to sending in the final necessary documents for the carrier to release your depreciation to you!
Can you take care of my deductible?
In short, the answer is no. But here’s why you should stay away from a contractor that offers to cover your deductible:
- The customer is responsible for payment of any insurance deductible;
- It is insurance fraud punishable as a felony of the third degree for a contractor to knowingly or willfully, and with intent to injure, defraud, or deceive, pay, waive, or rebate all or part of an insurance deductible applicable to payment to the contractor for repairs to a property covered by a property insurance policy.
How long will it take to replace my roof?
Almost all of our residential roofing projects can be done within a day, including the tear off and cleaning the property of any and all debris from the removal and installation of the roof.
